Who will you work with?

You will work directly with me, Irina, the founder of MARINATOR.

I have a background in science, strategy, and business development, but most of all, I care about one thing: results that work in practice. I like straight talk, honest questions, and ideas that bring real value. No overcomplicated stories. If I don’t know something, I say it, and expect the same from my team.

 

What will you do?

You will help our clients find smart ways to improve their daily work.

This could mean:

  • Using AI tools to avoid a manual routine
  • Making production planning faster and easier
  • Helping teams use their data for better decisions
  • Supporting EU funding projects where automation and AI are part of the plan

You don’t need to be a developer, but you should know what these tools can do and be able to explain it simply.

 

What I’m looking for

  • Business understanding first, technology second
  • Clear and honest communication, no complicated words, just human talk
  • Basic knowledge of automation, data analysis, forecasting, AI assistants, and chatbots
  • Good English, our clients are international
  • Brave to ask questions, not afraid to say “I don’t know, but I will find out”
  • Ready to work independently, but also together with me and our partners

This is a contract-based B2B cooperation, not employment.

The work will be fully remote. Working hours will be agreed on project by project, based on my client’s needs and your availability.

Have you worked on AI tools that suggest how to reduce energy waste or improve efficiency (e.g., shutdown schedules, load balancing)? Please describe what was optimised, your role, and the achieved results.
Have you implemented AI solutions that check product specifications or processes against standards? Please describe which standards, how data was provided (manual input, sensors, document upload), your role, and the benefit for the client.
Have you created tools where AI recommends materials, components, or design options based on specific needs (e.g., weight reduction, eco profile, cost-efficiency)? Please describe the application area, how recommendations were generated, your role, and the result.
Have you worked on solutions that use AI or data tools to analyse customer feedback (e.g., surveys, service logs, warranty claims)? Please describe what sources were used, what insights were generated, your role, and the impact.
Have you developed AI-based tools that help calculate cost savings, life cycle benefits, or ROI for sales teams or end customers? Please describe what was calculated, who used the tool, your role, and the result.
What tools, platforms, or technologies do you feel comfortable recommending to clients? (For example: reporting tools, AI libraries, automation platforms like Power BI, Python, Zapier, ChatGPT, Make.com, etc.)
Are you comfortable working directly with end clients, or do you prefer backend development only? Are you open to participating in funding-related meetings if needed?
How many hours per week are you available for contract-based (B2B) work, and between which hours (Eastern European Time, EET / Eastern European Summer Time, EEST) are you able to work?
